"Yes, Mama Matt!"

My family has been very fortunate and blessed with many signs from my son, Matt. My daughter has two children, Dawson and Elizabeth. Dawson was only two months old when Matt left us and so he has no conscience memories of his Uncle Matt. I would like to share a very special sign from Matt to Dawson.
On Dawson's first birthday, he was happily playing in his room with his little girlfriend, Sophia. My daughter was in the room with them. Suddenly, Dawson stopped stock still in the middle of the room. He appeared to be listening, with his little head cocked to the side. He began to smile and laugh.
He looked at my daughter and said "Matt, Mama, Matt! Happy -- me! Birthday...Matt -- Happy, Mama!" My daughter went to get a photo of Matt and showed it to Dawson. Dawson looked at it, smiled a huge smile and said "Yes, Mama Matt!"
